It’s everyone’s favourite day of the week, Happy Friday! We all love a warm and comforting meal for a cold and miserable day such as today. So at tea time, we served up a tasty homemade ham and cheese quiche with buttery pastry case. As some of the children we serve require halal meat, we also made a halal chicken quiche which also happened to be gluten and dairy free! We never want a child to miss out on delicious food due to a dietary requirement, and we make sure all of the food is as similar as possible to ensure nobody is left behind!
