Today at Hungry Moose we tried all different kinds of flavours and cuisines! We went all Mexican for lunch time and served beef fajitas with mixed peppers and a mild Cajun seasoning. With a tomato wrap and a mixed green salad on the side, we wanted to explore and celebrate the culture fully! And at tea time we stayed a little closer to home, with the favourite seaside treat of a homemade beef and vegetable pasty, with buttery shortcrust pastry, and a filling made with minced beef, and packed full of flavourful and nutritious vegetables like potatoes, onions, cabbage and peas! We also provided halal chicken, and vegetable ones too.
