I first discovered the catering industry at the age of 13  where I was involved in my family’s hotel in the Channel Islands of Guernsey this led to a passion in culinary cuisine working in all sectors of the hospitality industry overseas & the uk having trained as a chef manager in Essex this in turn led to successfully managing and working for the finest contract catering companies in London including 7 years catering for a diverse multi cultural site at Harvey Nichols staff restaurant,Knightsbridge,London with over 15 years experience gaining vast knowledge and culinary expertise in all fields of the catering industry where I was awarded  chef manager of the year.My catering principles are simple good quality fresh home cooked food, ethical & responsible sourced,  seasonal fresh produce with local suppliers minimally processed foods & promoting  healthy & dietary eating & living.My focus & influences are classic British, French, Italian,Spanish, Asian cuisine ,nostalgic foods and kitchen classics where this influence has been adapted & incorporated into HungryMoose nursery meals.
