We’re half way through the week and we’re looking forward to Friday already! But we also don’t want to wish away the delicious meals we’ve prepared! At lunch time today, we made some juicy pork and thyme sausage rolls, served with crispy potato wedges and a medley of seasonal vegetables. We also prepared some vegan, halal and gluten free versions too! And at dinner time, we reverted to an old school favourite of tuna mayonnaise with a soft jacket potato, creamy cheddar cheese and crunchy celery sticks on the side. Sometimes there is nothing better than a homely, simple (but delicious!) dinner.🥔🐟
