This Tuesday we presented some more delicious and nutritious food for everyone! At lunch time, we made a fruity chicken and sultana casserole complete with a whole lot of mixed vegetables. Including celery, carrots, peppers, and tomatoes as well as protein filled red lentils and juicy sultanas. We also offered a halal version and a vegan version too! And then at dinner time, we provided a delicious and homely baked cheese and ham omelette, with ham baked by us right on site. We served this with some juicy tomato halves, crunchy cucumber sticks and sweet new potatoes too.
